We conduct research to source the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality, run tenders, evaluate bids and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical factors. Purchasing focuses on fulfilling the five rights in a transaction (right quality, right quantity, right cost, right time, and right place). Because we have produced the work on the entire project, this guarantees that we maintain quality control of our clients’ projects from start to finish.
